Port Days 2026 will be organised in Vaasa on 15–16 September 2026.
Port Days 2026 will bring together actors, partners and future builders of the Finnish port industry for two days. The Port Days programme offers new perspectives, insightful discussions and, of course, an excellent opportunity for networking.
This year the event will begin in an exceptional way: the first seminar day will be spent at sea on Aurora Botnia, which will travel from Vaasa to Umeå and back to Vaasa during the afternoon seminar programme of the first day.
A unique start is ahead, where participants will network, hear topical speeches and enjoy the programme while crossing the Kvarken. Please note that it is not possible to leave the vessel during the afternoon programme of the first day.
On the second day, the event will anchor on land at BioRex in Vaasa.
The seminar days will open a view into the role of ports in a changing world: ports as energy hubs, nodes of security and security of supply, as well as platforms for the circular economy and industry.
The programme includes top speakers, panel discussions and overviews of industry innovations and international perspectives.
Tickets include the event programme and meals on both days. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.
